The Green Palm apartment, perfect for four people plus a possible guest, is located along the side facade of the “La Malandrina” Building. It is independently accessible from the street stairs and internal stairs and is positioned between the ground floor and the subterranean floor.It consists of 2 double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, followed by a living room with a kitchenette, and another bathroom with a spacious shower with 2 rainfall shower heads (all bathrooms have double sinks and are finished in marble and black faucets).The double bedrooms are enriched with a wonderful headboard that gives personality, while the living room is furnished with an elegant sofa bed embellished with matching pillows.

The Kitchenette is located in the corner of the living room and has a storage room/pantry and a round table with matching chairs. It is ideal for the preparation of a snack or a typical dish. Finally, the apartment is accompanied by a small outdoor space furnished with a sitting area for enjoying a drink on beautiful Sicilian days.The careful choice of fabrics, finishes, combinations, blinds, and curtains, aims to create a cozy, elegant, refined, and exotic environment, and thus make the client live a unique experience.The whole apartment is made unique by the studied and coordinated details. For example, the wonderful wallpaper which gives the feeling of being in a quiet and secluded place in the beating heart of Taormina.
